Cancellation Policy

Once an order has been placed and production of the custom apparel has begun, a 50% cancellation fee will apply if the customer decides to cancel the order. This fee is necessary to cover the costs associated with materials, labor, and production scheduling that have already been incurred.

Cancellation Procedure

If you wish to cancel your order after production has started, please contact our customer support team immediately at info@spiritline88.com. Please note that cancellations can only be processed during our regular business hours.

Mon. - Fri: 10:30am - 6:30pm

Sat: 10:30am - 3:30pm

Sunday: Closed

Refund Process

Upon cancellation, the cancellation fee of 50% of the total order value will be deducted from the original payment method used for the order. The remaining balance will be refunded to the customer.

Exceptions

This cancellation fee will not apply in cases where the cancellation is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part. In such cases, customers are eligible for a full refund or replacement as per our refund policy.

Deadline for Cancellations

Please be aware that once production has begun, cancellations may not be possible or may incur additional fees beyond the 50% cancellation fee. We encourage customers to review their orders carefully before confirming to avoid any issues.

Average Refund Processing Time

Typically, we process refunds within 5 to 10 business days after we've approved your request. But remember, it might take a bit longer for the refunded amount to pop up in your bank account. Your bank's processing times play a role here. So, it's a good idea to keep an eye on your bank statement. Don't worry, though – we'll also shoot you a quick notification once the refund has been processed on our end.
